S-Line Greenway
The S-Line Greenway is a linear belt of public spaces that are suitable for walking, bicycling and other activities. It serves area residents by linking them to local destinations, enabling recreational opportunities, providing access to the transit system, and enhancing adjacent neighborhoods as desirable places to live, work, and play.
The Trail on the Greenway connects the Sugar House Business District to the Central Pointe TRAX station. New residential and retail developments opened recently, and more are planned. The S-Line Greenway and Parley's Trail are achieving the goals of economic development and quality growth.
There are many spurs that head north from the S-Line including McClelland Trail, 600 East to Liberty Park, and a wide bike lane on 300 East to downtown Salt Lake City.
